The Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Step 2: Vetting Call

If your profile meets our criteria (minimum £500k–$600k annual revenue, serious growth intent), our team schedules a confidential discovery call.

Step 3: Strategic Fit Assessment

We assess alignment with YouYaa's 3-Phase Model and confirm mutual fit before any engagement begins.

Step 4: Engagement

Qualified companies receive a bespoke proposal covering Phase 1 (Review & Setup), Phase 2 (Revenue Pump), and Phase 3 (Scale & Exit).

What Happens After You Apply?

All applications are reviewed by the YouYaa team within 48 hours. Companies that meet our criteria receive a personal response with next steps. We do not use automated screening — every application is read by a senior team member.

YouYaa partners with a small number of companies at any given time to ensure the highest level of strategic attention. If you are not selected for immediate engagement, you may be invited to our network for future consideration.
